Role - Sales Manager
Salary - £36,000 OTE £55,000 (£72,000 achievement) plus car
Location - Liverpool
Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a car dealership in finding them a Sales Manager in Liverpool.
You will be responsible for a team of 6 dedicated Sales Executives (New & Used) and a Business Manager, you’ll focus on management of the department, drive sales and customer satisfaction - with a direct report into the Head of Business.
You will set the tone, lead the department, concentrate on P&L, ordering the correct stock and planning marketing for seasonal opportunities. We need someone with ambition, someone who is proactive, who will add speed and discipline to this department. Additionally, you will look after recruitment, retention, and development of your staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a forward thinking, large, successful dealer group, who have a significant presence in the Northwest along with the rest of the UK.
You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30am-6pm, have EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF plus a day in the week.
The dealership is offering a basic salary of £36,000 OTE of £55,000 with a £72,000 over achievement pot, plus car!
