I have just partnered up with an exciting software house - They're all about smooth info flow between asset managers and investors worldwide, and they're shaking things up in a big way!
As a Head of Engineering coming into the team, you will be working on implementing well- architected principles, building a scalable and performant platform, scale the engineering team from 18 to 25circa, and leverage the Java tech stack.
This platform is servicing over 200 global managers, and you will be scaling a team that is built across UK, US and offshore! It’s an exciting time to head up the engineering function as you will be leveraging Java, Springboot, AI, Cloud services, AWS, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, Liquibase, and Nexus.
Having recently implemented AI into their strategy – they are growing from strength to strength which has allowed them to secure a round of funding! Hence, the focus on scaling the engineering function.
What do you need for this role?
Strong Java background
Experience delivering software at scale
Building engineering teams
People management – leading teams and coaching skills
Strong demonstration of team player abilities, communications and being able to work with the stakeholders in the businessWhat can they do for you?
The successful Head of Engineering can be paid up to £100k plus, a range of benefits, and a quick two-stage process.
