Architectural Visualiser

Architectural Visualiser required to join a reputable, award-winning Architectural practice in Lancashire. This is the chance to join a top-quality team of professionals and create high-quality visuals for a number of exciting projects.

We will accept applications from Graduate level through to more experienced individuals with up to 10 years experience.

Our client are a mainstay of the Architectural scene throughout the North-West region. They are home to many experienced Architectural and Construction professionals with exceptional design capabilities and ability to manage and oversee a busy design studio.

They work primarily on a mixture of Healthcare-sector projects and have established an excellent reputation for designing high-quality schemes across the UK. They are well equipped to bring on the next generation of talent within the studio, however the type of experience they are looking for in a new hire is quite specific. They require an individual with good Visualisation skills and an ability to understand a brief and interpret it into a stunning visual for use in client meetings and in company literature and brochures.

The company use a variety of Architectural softwares including AutoCAD & REVIT. Whilst it isn't important that the successful candidate can use these softwares, it would be good to have an understanding of its usages. We are open to applicants that can use a wide range of softwares & plug-ins including:

* Sketchup
* REVIT
* Lumion
* Enscape
* VRAY
* Game development softwares including Blender & Unreal Engine also very beneficial.

Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial for candidates to demonstrate an interest and passion for Architecture. The role is to be based in the heart of a busy Architectural studio, so an appreciation of the work would be advantageous to becoming a success here.
