Having recently expanded upon services within Birmingham they are currently looking for a Learning and Development Officer to help contribute to the high-quality service they provide to those in need. Could that be you?
Vacancy Brief:
* Our client is seeking employees on an initial interim basis for a three-month contract with the potential to an extension.
* Required working hours in this vacancy are 37.50 per week.
* Working pattern is, Monday – Friday 9-5pm
* This vacancy is based in Birmingham.
* Excellent pay rate: candidate’s will be paid £12.25 PAYE Or £15.51 per hour Umbrella.
The Duties & Responsibilities:
* As an L&D Officer, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of training bookings, venue hires and relationship management with external providers.
* In your job role as a L&D Officer, you will lead on the administration and development of our e-learning platform, being the main internal contact for support.
* You will support in the auditing of training, bringing innovative solutions to redesign sessions and embed a more blended learning approach to the organisations culture.
* You will be required to support with internal communications for learning initiatives across the organisation.
* In your role as an L&D Officer, you will attend and contribute to L &D meetings, training and other events as required.
* Furthermore, you will be tasked with answering first line queries from staff and providers.
