This role is for a Business Support Administrator who will provide administrative support within a not-for-profit organisation in the education department.

Description

Provide administrative support to the education department.
Handle correspondence, manage files, and maintain records.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with minute taking.
Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
Support in managing departmental budgets and financial tracking.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Participate in relevant training and development opportunities.Profile

A successful 'Business Support Administrator' should have:

A good standard of general education, including numeracy and literacy.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.Job Offer

£12.56 hourly rate on offer
3 month temporary role with potential to extend
