We are searching for a renewable energy Technical Support Manager who will play a pivotal part within the sales team and provide technical support for Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump systems.
Job: Technical Support Manager
Location: York / Office Based
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Technical Support Manager Responsibilities:
Assist in designing ASHP, GSHP, Solar PV systems, and batteries based on provided surveys.
Ensure adherence to Building Regulations, Planning Regulations, and Building Control Legislations.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Ability to make quick and consultative decisions to ensure an efficient environment for project implementation
Travel occasionally to collaborate with key stakeholders nationwide.
Aid in preparing quotations for renewable energy systems
Offer technical support to surveyors and the sales team
Provide technical training and serve as a technical mentor to the sales teamTechnical Support Manager Requirements:
Background in electrical and/or plumbing and heating
in-depth knowledge and understanding of ASHP and Solar PV systems
Problem solving skills
UK Driving Licence
Customer Service Experience
