Production Supply Planner – Global Consumer Goods

Antwerp Area, Belgium – 4 Days in Office

Up to €4,500/month + 5% Bonus

We are collaborating again with this major global FMCG business to find a Supply Planner to work with their production environment working on the requirements of the production schedule to ensure components and finished inventory are aligned with organisational needs.

You will be a team player, fluent in English and Dutch, working with suppliers and third party manufacturers as well as internal teams to ensure stock levels and supplier performance for production and supply are maintained to a good standard.

What you’ll do:

Manage orders with subcontractors and third party manufacturers ensuring the production schedule can be adapted based on supplier stock/inventory availability.
Plan safety stock and keep all data up to date in the SAP system and organise regular stock counts and produce reporting based on availability.
Work closely with procurement to ensure SLAs are adhered to and supplier performance is monitored and reported.

Who you’ll be:

Collaborative team player with a background in supply planning or contract manufacturing with an understanding of inventory metrics and supplier performance analysis.
Knowledge of ERP system, preferably SAP and a good level of analytical and reporting skillset utilising tools such as Microsoft excel for data analysis.
Organised with a hands on mentality and strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
