Early Years Manager

Our client a leading nursery are seeking to welcome an experienced and passionate Early Years Manager to our supportive and welcoming team based in Colchester. This role plays a vital part in the success of our play environments and in supporting our team of educators to help children learn, grow, and thrive. This would be on a full time (40 hours per week) permanent basis offering a salary of up to £31,000.

You will be a professional leader and manager of the Early Years education provisions to deliver high standards of care and learning opportunities to all children. You will have a passion for Early Years and strong experience and knowledge from working in Good and Outstanding settings. You will have clear and accurate record keeping, the excellent planning, organisation, and IT skills. You will be a wonderful communicator and have the ability to motivate, train, engage and inspire the team. You will be able to Identify training needs and develop training plans for your team, with the support of Head Office. You will be able to Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implementation of recommendations alongside the rest of the leadership team.

Essentials Requirements.

Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Minimum of 2 years recent experience of working in a Nursery/Preschool setting within a senior role
Excellent knowledge of the current Early Years Inspection Framework
GCSE or equivalent
Nursery setting experience: 2 years.
Childcare: 2 years
Management experience: 1 year (required)
Driving Licence (required)
