Part time - min 10hrs per week over 2 days - Wednesday and Friday, school term time

To assist the Integrated Home to School Transport Team deliver effective and efficient service outcomes for its customers and stakeholders.

Provide front line service delivery across all aspects of Home to School Transport (commissioning, procurement and contract management), including consistent application of statutory and discretionary Council policy,

Ensure data is accurately recorded, in a timely fashion, on Council systems, databases and spreadsheets, inputting and verifying information required. Extracting data and assist the Home to School Transport team to analyse and interpret.

Develop and maintain relationships across directorates and external stakeholders, establishing responsive communication networks. Assist the H2ST Officers to oversee the management of the local marketplace.

Provide support to the H2ST Officers and senior colleagues, assisting in the production of reports, presentations, and briefings as required.

Ensure E Procurement catalogues/prices are up to date/renewed and advise of change in a timely fashion

Role required for up to the end of October 2024
