Manchester Staff is currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager for a growing client based in Manchester City Centre. The successful Registered Manager will join a flourishing company who have recently opened 2 homes in Manchester. Our client prides themselves on providing high quality homes to support young adults & children who are transitioning from care to independent living.

Job Role:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in social work & managing teams. Using your previous experience you will be expected to manage staff across the two new sites being developed. The aim is to keep these accommodations above in-line with Offsted standards whilst providing an educational, supportive & family like environment for the occupants.

Their team is made up of self-motivated and experienced individuals who can offer training and development support. The company has a great working culture where employees are valued and recognised for their achievements.

Skills/Experience Required:

Essential

- Level 5 health and social care

- Level 3 health and social care
