Internal Recruiter - Clapham - 35k-45k

Internal Recruitment consultant SW4 - 40 - 45k plus bonus ( OTE uncapped)
Based on Site with option to work from home / hybrid
Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm,

We are looking for a talented recruiter. To work for a growing and successful property maintenance company.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in recruitment in recruiting for engineers, gas fitters, handymen, carpenters tradesmen.

The Role:

* Recruiting internal staff ( engineers, gas fitters, handymen, carpenters , )
* You will be building an internal recruitment department.
* This role will require you to develop internal data bases setting up and resourcing strategies.
* You will be building a team and involved in looking at new innovations to recruit and retain staff.
* Use knowledge and expertise to draw and resource candidates to the business.

The Person:

* You will have experience as working as a recruiter - specialising in recruitment of staff within the Construction / trades industry. (used linked in / job boards for searches)
* You will have worked as a recruitment consultant / manager or internal recruiter.
* Be experienced in using job boards / linked in and resourcing methods.
* Be a natural leader able to work independently and work as if running your own business / driven motivated/able to work at a fast pace
