Job Description: Pension Administration Officer (Hybrid Working 2 Days in the Office)

Reports To: Pensions Team Leader

Location: Milton Keynes

Job Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for a fast-learning, self-motivated, highly organised, and detail-driven individual to join our team as a Pensions Officer. While this role is a blended mix of home and office working, you will be required to come into the Milton Keynes office daily for at least the first 6 weeks, and at least twice every week after that.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Collaborating with clients and pension funds over matters relating to pension queries and updates.

* Input of pensions data via electronic upload and manual input.

* Completing complex calculations and processing of all statutory information relating to members pensions.

* Ensure the company and clients Data Protection requirements are always met.

* Produce pension reports/schedules for clients and pension funds.

* Ensure all issues and queries are dealt with within the expected SLA timescales.

What we are looking for:

* Have a can-do attitude, good listening skills and ability to build rapport in a short space of time.

* Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data as well as communication, both verbal and written, to answer queries on the telephone and via email.

* Exceptional communication and presentational skills with an ability to communicate ideas, issues, and procedures successfully at all levels to various audiences.

* Ability to use sound judgement to handle competing priorities and a challenging workload in a pressurised environment.

* Customer service skills and a collaborative team worker is essential.

* Previous experience of working in the pensions or payroll, whilst not essential.

Supporting Information:

* Lives within daily commuting distance of Milton Keynes

Hours of work:

* 9.00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)
