Key Account Executive
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Hours: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: Up to £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to join their expanding team!
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and hold excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities of a Key Account Executive
* Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction by managing key accounts, projects, status reports, quotes, orders, portals, and forecasting.
* Address product inquiries, aftersales, and customer queries efficiently, keeping customers informed and prioritising their experience.
* Verify project specifications, readiness, and sales order accuracy.
* Maintain accurate KPI reports and assist with various Customer Service Team tasks.
* Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
Key Skills of a Key Account Executive
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to follow management directives without deviation unless authorised.
* Fast, efficient, and well-organised approach to tasks.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Experience in project or order management.
* High level of competency in time management.
* Ability to manage tasks accurately with keen attention to detail.
* Confidence in telephone conversations and adeptness in resolving issues promptly.
