Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Walsall. The client is looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator and can deliver exceptional customer service.
Within this role, you will be dealing with the customer from initial enquiry through to delivery so you will be taking ownership of your accounts.
Main duties:
* Answering customer calls and emails, promptly and professionally
* Updating customers regarding their orders
* Produce quotes
* Process customer orders
* Ensuring data is entered accurately
* Maintaining a high level of organisation and accuracy in administrative tasks
* Achieving any objectives set and supporting colleagues
The ideal candidate:
* Excellent customer service skills
* A minimum 1 year experience in Administration and Customer Service
* Logical with good numerical reasoning
* Excellent communication and and interpersonal skills
* Works well under pressure
* Proactive approach to their work
* Good Microsoft Office skills
This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday.
