WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
* Organizes labs and cleans as needed
* Assures location is properly staffed and management of lab team (timeclock, PTO, hiring and terminations)
* Manages budget including allocation of overtime hours
* Ensures lab generated documentation is accurate and complete
* Train lab personnel as needed
* Assures labs are compliant to OSHA, ISO 13485 and FDA requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
* 1+ years of experience using CMM, Optical Comparator and handheld gages (micrometer, caliper etc.)
* 1+ year of experience managing people in a warehouse environment
* Ability to examine parameters of a complex system to assess whether common problems can be eliminated or reduced.
* Ability to manage and motive a three-shift workforce
* MS Office proficiency.
