Client Partnership Coordinator

Job Description
The Client Partnership Coordinator on the Saatchi Platform team is a junior position that supports overall logistics, orchestration, and coordination of client partnership initiatives, both internally and externally. The Saatchi Platform team creates, manages and enhances Toyota’s largest digital web and product experiences.
You will assist teammates on the Saatchi Platform team with day-to-day tasks for projects, agency process and the workflow to create best-in-class digital web and product experiences. Success for this position is measured by, but not limited to, understanding agency and agile web design processes, eagerness to continually learn and grow in the position, manage multiple projects successfully to completion, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Ideal candidates will be self-driven, organized, offer strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and effectively partner and collaborate across teams and agency partners.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support the management of internal workflow, including support of an agile design and development process, internal and external routing and feedback distribution, coordination across, serve as key internal lead for client meeting preparation, and documentation and distribution of meeting decisions and next steps.
Support project maintenance and several site enhancement initiatives.
