Location: MULTIPLE! - Liège, Belgium, Luxembourg, Antwerp (must speak dutch not french)
Our client is a leading retailer within hearing aids, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with hearing impairments through cutting-edge hearing aid technology and compassionate care. Their state-of-the-art hearing aid centre in Liège (as well as all across Europe with multiple centres) offers personalised solutions and support to customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality of service and products.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist who is fluent in French to join one of our clients centres and team. For the team in Liège you will need to speak French with a good level of German whilst for the teams and centres in Hainaut and Brabant Walloon just French is needed. For Antwerp, dutch speakers are needed.
As a key member of the hearing aid centre, you will provide expert audiological care, including hearing assessments, fitting and programming hearing aids, and offering ongoing support and counselling to our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively in French and where necessary depending on the site you work at, German.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and evaluations.
- Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and related devices.
- Provide personalised counselling and support to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to ensure holistic client care.
Qualifications
- Degree in Audiology or a related field.
- Fluency in German and either French or English is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with clients of all ages.
- Experience with hearing aid technology and fitting is preferred.
