Location: Kettering, North Northamptonshire
Salary: Rate: £35ph umbrella
Hours: Part-Time – 3 days per week
Contract Length – 12 Weeks
Key duties:
* To be the main day-to-day contact for Reducing Parental Conflict
* To support translation and embedding of training into practice to enable staff to support families experiencing parental conflict.
* To contribute to improving awareness and understanding of the RPC agenda across North Northants, creating a wider network for RPC information sharing to ensure connectivity between all relevant partner organisations. This will include activities to encourage uptake and utilisation of RPC resources aimed at practitioners and families.
* To create and establish links with partners across a range of organisations, including children’s services, adult services, community, voluntary and faith sectors, commissioned services, health, and education to raise awareness and understanding, knowledge and skills around RPC, including identifying new partners who can have positive impact with families experiencing conflict.
* Working within the community to create and build relationships to develop capacity and links to existing services and interventions.
* Evaluate the effectives of current services and interventions aimed at reducing parental conflict and identifying gaps in provision.
* To contribute to report writing and development of presentations to present at meetings of senior leads.
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Educated to degree level OR equivalent professional experience in relevant area involving children’s and / or family work (Education, Family Support Health Professions, Voluntary Sector Provision, Early Years, Youth Work or other Health and Social Care backgrounds)
* At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in partnership and multi-agency working coordinating, delivering and evaluation training to multi-agency partners leading the delivery of key priorities.
* Willing and able to travel to sites within North Northants
* Enhanced DBS required
