Position: Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School in Cheadle, Stockport
Salary: £85 per day

Tradewind is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a student in a vibrant primary school located in the Cheadle area of Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in a child's educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support and guidance to a specific student, ensuring their educational and emotional needs are met.
Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons and activities, adapting materials to meet the student's learning style and abilities.
Monitor the student's progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Help with the student's personal care and mobility if required.
Collaborate with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education.
Encourage the student's social interaction and involvement in school activities.Requirements:
Must have a current DBS on the update service.
Previous experience working with children, particularly in a 1:1 capacity, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
