Sterling Recruitment are currently looking to recruit an experienced general factory operative to join our clients growing team within Hartlepool due to growth.
Our client is a manufacturer of a range of products, servicing a client base through-out the UK with high quality products. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced factory operative to join their team.
Duties Include:
* Safely using hand and power tools
* Safely operating machinery
* Loading and unloading of machines
* Working to meet production targets and deadlines
* Manually moving products through-out the facility
Personal Specification:
* Have previous factory/manufacturing experience
* The ability to work to meet tight deadlines
* To be able to work pro-actively
* The ability to work individually and as part of a team
This role is working day shifts, 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday.
The pay rate of the role is £11.44 per hour, paid weekly on a temp to perm basis
