We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Planner to join our team within Vistry East London, at our site in Dagenham, Essex. As our Site Planner, you will develop, implement, communicate, and maintain the project programmes / build schedules and coordinate with all departments involved.

To provide concise and accurate advice to all members of the project team highlighting any risks that may have an effect on the delivery of the scheme.

More about the Site Planner role...
Ensure the production of programmes for all construction activities from start on site until completion of project.
Update and maintain the Build Schedules and Trackers on a weekly basis and provide narrative highlighting risks against the delivery requirements of each block/core.
If necessary, ensure that programmes are re-forecast to ensure accurate handover dates are provided to inform the current business plan.
If necessary, provide advice on delay mitigation early enough for action to be taken.
To liaise and assist the project managers in the production of the construction, and target programmes, ensuring that the contract period and delivery forecasts are not disrupted.
Provide progress droplines to the client.
Provide Exit Strategies to the Client prior to Handover.
Ensure that all revised programmes are promptly issued to the relevant departments/personnel in the company format.
Prepare site logistic drawings in line with the evolving build environment.
