SolviT is expanding, and this time we're on the lookout for an experienced 360 recruitment consultant to fully launch our sales division.

This is a unique role where you will be expected to place superstar sales candidates into their new roles within the Midlands (and further afield if you prefer).

The typical roles you will deal with include telesales, new business sales, outgoing sales, and business development.

This is a new division within SolviT, and as such, we will be looking for you to get the desk off the ground, establish a client base, attract great candidates, and ultimately place them within their next role.

You will have access to all the job boards, premium LinkedIn, and a customised video platform that allows you to offer CVs, conduct video interviews, and even create video sales emails.

There will be monthly GP targets to hit, but they are staggered, achievable, and you are offered a superb commission package that really is one of (if not THE BEST) in the local area.

Just to be clear - this is a SALES role, and the sector you are dealing with is sales professionals. To be considered, you need to be an experienced 360 recruiter who has a proven track record in billing, developing clients, attracting candidates, and someone who understands social media (it's more than just posting on Linked-In and then crossing your fingers).
