Senior IT Business Analyst
West Midlands - Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office
Up to £65,000 salary
Our client are a business going through considerable growth and transformation.
They need a Senior Business Analyst to lead and develop a brand new BA function for IT projects and initiatives. This will be their first true BA position!
The role will require supporting the implementation of IT / business change into the organisation, and will involve working closely with the technology teams and many other areas of the business in helping identify and design new processes and systems. The role will also be expected to liaise with third party providers to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and delivered by those providers.
As this is a new role, it requires proven, senior BA experience with a strong background in implementing and embedding new methods and tools. You will need to be comfortable working relatively autonomously (you will not be working within a large team!) in an exciting and dynamic environment.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and confident person to bring their skills and experience to bear in shaping and defining the BA function within the organisation.
