I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Warwick University who are seeking a Part Time- Finance Specialist to join their team.
Job Description
As a Finance Specialist your main responsibilities are:
* Managing and enacting finance administration within the Intellectual Property Department.
* This will include reporting spend and calculating future spend projections, raising and seeking approval for ad hoc spend requests, as well as the day-to-day administration of various tracking tools.
* Additionally, the role is expected to support in finding efficiencies and improvements across the departments finances to reduce our overall department spend.
Qualifications / Skills needed
* Intermediate/advanced excel skills Purchase ledger experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Solid understanding of finance administration
* Purchase ledger experience.
* Demonstrable communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Proficient in Excel
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to present and explain clear and concise information to a variety of stakeholders.
* Basic finance qualifications e.g. AAT Experience of using SAP and ITESoft (Preferred)
