Dispute Resolution Solicitor - 4 years PQE

We are delighted to be working with this Bath based company, who are a firm with over hundreds of years history, they are recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 4 years plus PQE, on a permanent full-time basis.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000

Typical duties include:

* Giving advice to Clients on claims

* Working within the Personal Dispute Resolution team

* Building relationships with clients and team members

* Researching and drafting documents

* Implementing SRA code of conduct

* Advising people on Property Litigation

Candidate specification:

* 4 years plus PQE experience

* Dispute resolution experience within a legal firm

* Excellent written and verbal skills

* Strong negotiation skills

* Ability to work within a team

* Going above and beyond for clients

* Excellent ability to multitask
