Job Title: Static Caretaker
Location: SM2 6TT
Pay Rate: £16.36 per hour (umbrella)
Hours of Work: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Are you an experienced Caretaker looking for an exciting opportunity in the SM2 6TT area? We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Static Caretaker to join our team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and grounds upkeep.
Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of communal areas.
Responding promptly to any maintenance issues or emergencies as they arise.
Always Adhering to health and safety regulations.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar Caretaker role is essential.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be immediately available to start work.
Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
