Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Receptionist/Secretary on a permanent, full-time basis, located in the County of Conwy, North Wales!
 
Working within a well-established Legal firm, the successful candidate will be working at a Reception desk and performing Clerical tasks including audio typing, diary management, liaising with clients, filing, and processing documents. This role is ideal for an applicant looking to develop their career in Administration!

Salary: Dependent on relevant experience
 
The Role: 
- Providing Administration support in a well-established company
- Working at the front desk reception as the first point of contact
- Directing calls and taking messages
- Audio typing and diary management
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Handling enquiries via telephone and email
- Document management and monitoring
- Liaising with clients in a professional and friendly manner
 
The Ideal Candidate: 
- Experience in a similar reception or secretary role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability work well within a team
- IT skills using programs such as Microsoft Office
