Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to join our team of caregivers. This role is crucial in ensuring we maintain a high standard of care by recruiting dedicated and skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

* Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

* Conduct initial interviews and assessments of candidates.

* Coordinate and facilitate recruitment events and job fairs.

* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the recruitment process.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through various channels.

* Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or domiciliary care sector.

* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organisational and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
