The Bell Captain is responsible for leading the daily Bell operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities
Ensures Bell Staff greets and opens door for arriving/departing guests and assists with loading/unloading baggage.
Escorts incoming hotel guests to rooms and explains features of room.
Delivers luggage for arriving guests and picks up luggage of departing guests.
Assists with luggage storage.
Answer all guest questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction
Essential Functions
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds
Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours
Requirements
Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand).
Two or more years related experience. One year of experience as a supervisor desired.
