Role Overview: As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a child in Year 2 who has special educational needs (SEND) and behavioural requirements. Your role will involve providing personalised support, adapting classroom activities, and promoting positive behaviour. You'll collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create an inclusive and enriching learning experience for the child.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEND and behaviour difficulties.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
