Carrington West are pleased to be partnered with a private planning consultancy who  are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Planning to lead an expert team. You will oversee all planning activities, drive strategic growth, and ensure the highest standards of service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage the planning team.
·Develop and implement strategic plans.
·Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
·Oversee complex planning applications and appeals.
·Ensure compliance with planning regulations and policies.
 
Qualifications:
·Proven experience in a senior planning role.
·Strong leadership and project management skills.
·Excellent knowledge of UK planning legislation.
·Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
·RTPI membership.
