We are thrilled to announce that Optimise is partnering with the global leader in waste management for an exciting recruitment opportunity. Currently, we are assisting them in their search for 2x Mechanical Fitters to join their assembly line in Warwick.
Position: Mechanical Fitter/Assembly Fitter
Department: Production
Location: Warwick
Pay: £16.63ph plus monthly company performance bonus, average being £250 - £300
Monday – Thursday (FRIDAYS OFF!)
Duties:
* Carrying out all necessary mechanical work on allocated jobs
* Working on an assembly line using various hand and power tools
* Carrying out inspections
* Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales; working skilfully and safely under pressure
* Reading and working to engineering drawings
Knowledge & Experience:
* Strong understanding of production processes.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting Engineering drawings.
* Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and techniques.
* Ability to multi-skill and adapt to different tasks.
