Prospero Teaching is working closely with a secondary SEND school based on the East side of Wakefield.
The school caters for secondary aged students all with an EHCP and a diagnosis of Autism and / or communication difficulties, severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural needs.
Due to expansion the school is recruiting for a large number of Teaching Assistants who can support students with additional needs.
These are temporary to permanent opportunities to start in the new academic year in September 2024.
Introductions, handovers and trial weeks are available throughout June and July.

POSITION Teaching Assistant
CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary to Permanent
MINIMUM DAILY RATE - £85 Minimum
HOURS Full time Monday Friday 8.30am -3.30pm
START DATE - September 2024 or sooner
To be considered for this role, you will have to register with Prospero Teaching and complete a Child & Adult DBS which is on the update service, unless you already have one.
