Job Description
The Project Manager Level II role plays a pivotal role in leading the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex security technology projects for our diverse client base. The role requires a deep understanding of security technology, and exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities: 
Project Planning and Execution: 
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. 
Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively to meet project goals. 
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
Client Engagement: 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle. 
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and providing regular project updates. 
Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and expectations.
Resource Management: 
Allocate resources, both internal and external, to projects based on requirements and availability. 
Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support. 
Ensure that project teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and training to perform their roles effectively.
Quality Assurance: 
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards. 
Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Financial Management: 
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints. 
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, demonstrating financial performance and forecasting.
Documentation and Reporting: 
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders. 
Provide regular updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders. 
Other Duties: Other duties assigned within reason of current role previously specified.
