Your Impact:
Spearhead the evolution of our Chemical Maintenance Department by evaluating and enhancing equipment, functions, and methodologies.
Lead projects from conception to completion, focusing on technological upgrades that boost efficiency while adhering to all regulatory standards.
Serve as a crucial technical advisor, guiding Operations and Maintenance towards optimal practices.
Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing everything from emergency maintenance to major capital initiatives, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and environmental impact.
Navigate the complexities of project management, from drafting engineering reports and specifications to supervising construction activities and troubleshooting on-site challenges.

Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance or reliability engineering.
A background in Vibration Analysis and Lubrication programs, supported by either hands-on experience or formal training.
A PE (Professional Engineer) certification is highly regarded, as is project management experience.
You must be eligible to work in the USA, both now and in the future, without the need for sponsorship.
