Concierge

Our client, a thriving residential community, is looking for a dedicated Concierge to join their team. This is a temporary position, covering several dates including 25th to 28th May, 2nd to 5th June, and 6th to 7th July. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety and security of the residential community.
Answer residents' queries and requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
Assist with electrical metre readings, contributing to accurate and efficient usage tracking.
Receive, log, and distribute parcels for residents, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Provide support with visitor parking arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
Perform health and safety checks, ensuring the well-being of residents and maintaining a safe environment.
Log building faults reported by residents and promptly escalate them for resolution.
Keep track of onsite contractors, monitoring their activities and ensuring compliance with the organisation's standards.Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals and handle their inquiries with tact and diplomacy.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of electrical metre readings and building maintenance is desirable.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CCTV equipment to carry out monitoring duties.
