Job Description
Provide Tier 1 VoIP telephony systems support for Tinker AFB.
Operate and maintain database, configuration, and system updates for analog and VoIP telephone systems.
Provide support for phone activation and deactivation; moves or location changes; PIN resets; Caller ID updates/changes; and voicemail setup or updates.
Support configuration database updates in CUCM/TMS/E911.
