Exciting Opportunity: Sales Administrator (Maternity Cover) for Leading Drainage Contractor in Derby We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prominent drainage contractor based in Derby. They are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join their team for maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle incoming inquiries, ensuring they are addressed promptly.
Engage with customers, capturing all necessary information for the sales manager to provide accurate quotes.
Create and distribute month-end sales reports, showcasing won and lost works.
Resolve customer issues related to delivery, invoicing, paperwork, and CCTV surveys.
Perform general administrative duties, including organizing sales and regional sales paperwork.Salary: £22,500
Location: Derby
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday). Flexible working hours available for the right applicant (part-time work, hours around school schedules, etc.)

About You:

Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft packages (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong IT competency
