Payroll Clerk/Bookkeeper

Zenith People are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Clerk/Bookkeeper to join our clients business in Sunderland. The role is an office based role working alongside team of project managers.

The role involves the following tasks:

* Producing timesheets using Sage

* Calculate wages from timesheets

* Making wage payments

* Processing holiday pay

* Using Sage Line 50

* Input Supplier Invoices

* Producing Customer Invoices

* Producing aged debtor and credit reports

* Reconcile all accounts and transactions

* Assist with Cash flow projections

* Placing orders for materials

* Assisting project managers with administrative duties

* Assisting with reception duties when needed

Skills:

* Must have experience of working in a similar role

* Must have experience of using Sage Line 50

* Fully experienced with Excel/Word

* Must be fully flexible with a can do attitude
