Mpeople Recruitment are excited to recruiting on behalf of our client who are based just outside the centre of Oldham for a Customer Service & Sales Administrator. Our client is extremely well established and they have a great reputation within their industry.
* Location: Oldham (OL8)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
* Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 (dependent on experience)
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Dealing with customers/potential customers by phone and email
* Processing sales orders
* Collating picking/delivery notes for the warehouse
* Processing Purchase Orders
* Invoicing
* Maintaining and updating customer details & sales records
* Liaise with various departments regarding stock/production
Skills & Experience required:
* A minimum of 12 months office administration experience is essential for this role
* Experience working within a manufacturing business would be preferred, but is not essential
* A high level of computer literacy
* Excellent telephone manner
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and under your own initiative
Benefits:
* 21 + bank holidays. After 3 years service get an additional day, 4 years another additional day, and 5 years another additional day. Capped at 24 days plus bank holidays.
