Key Responsibilities

Financial Management: Oversee school's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and providing regular financial reports to the school leadership and governing body
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the school leadership team to develop and implement financial strategies that support educational goals
Human resources: Manage payroll, staff contracts, and recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all regulations
Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and development of school facilities, ensuring a safe and conductive learning environment
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies, including audit preparation and risk management
Procurament: Manage procurament processes, negotiating contracts, and securing the best value for the school
Requirements

Proven experience in financial management, preferably within an educational setting
Strong administration skills
Strong analytical skills
