Working for a premium retail brand based in White City.

The role of a Part-Time Visual Merchandising Assistant seems to be quite dynamic and involves a variety of responsibilities.

Here's a breakdown of the key tasks and what they entail:

Agency Coordination:

Act as the primary liaison with agencies from the initial briefing to the operational rollout.
Ensure the brand's identity is consistently represented in-store and seek new agency partnerships as necessary.

Visual Merchandising:

Work with the Product Manager and agencies to create in-store materials.
Participate in briefings and updates during product launches.

Store & Assortment Tracking:
Maintain a detailed tracking file for store assortments and layouts.

Planogram Support:
Assist in the planogram process for various sales channels, including premium retail locations, salons, and wholesale.

Premium Retail Reporting:
Handle weekly data reporting and performance tracking.
Benchmark against PPD (Professional Products Division) and competitors.

Eventing & Masterclasses:
Organise innovative events and masterclasses with premium retail clients, aiming for at least two major events per year.

Training & Education:
Collaborate with the Education team to conduct training sessions and events in premium retail spaces.

Market Research & Analysis:
Keep abreast of market trends and consumer behaviour.
Analyse competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Store Visits and Audits:
Perform regular store visits to provide feedback and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Monitor competitors and gather inspiration for visual merchandising.

With a pay rate of £15 - £16 per hour and a duration of approximately 3-5 months, this role requires commitment on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week. It's a great opportunity to delve into the world of visual merchandising and brand representation, especially if you have an eye for design and a knack for coordination.

Must be able to demonstrate project management skills and experience, good communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications.
