Design Manager – Facades & Recladding
£55,000 to £75,000 + Company Package
About Company:
A Well-known London mid-sized Building Contractor, specialising in Build, Refurbishment and Maintenance projects, who have formed a specialist Cladding division, working in partnership with various housing associations on government funded re-cladding schemes and are currently thriving in that market, being one of London’s busiest Re-cladding specialists, rectifying housing developments in and around the city with non-combustible insulation and cladding systems.
About the Opportunity
I’ve been approached by one of my Façade specialists to recruit a Design Manager due to winning new projects in and around London. You will be office based at their HQ In SE London area surrounded by professionals who work closely as a team to deliver designs on time and within budget.
Requirements
* To be successful all applicants must have worked for a rival Façade subcontractor in the UK.
* You must have the appropriate qualifications and a minimum of 2 years management experience.
* In addition to this, the business will only consider applicants that have facade experience including Cladding, Curtain walling and Rain Screens.
* You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to programmes and deadline, be flexible to adapt to change and have a keen eye for quality.
* The successful applicant will show proven experience within a Design Manager role.
* Degree qualified – preferred
* Re-cladding experience will be beneficial
Salary/ Benefits
Salary will be agreed with each individual on a case by case basis depending on previous experience. As a rough guideline I will be targeting individuals whose annual salary is within £55K to £75K. All reasonable travel expenses will be included and you will receive a company works package
