As a Business Intelligence Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our BI initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to our stakeholders. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the field, with training and support from our friendly and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance, of our BI systems and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI.
Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various databases.
Support end-users by providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of BI applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct data quality checks and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
Participate in BI projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
