Elevate projects are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint a Benefits officer, offering remote working on a temporary contract.
A Benefits Officer role consists of:
* Delivering a prompt and accurate customer service
* Sharing expertises and knowledge with inexperienced colleagues
* Carrying out complex assessments
* The maintenance and updating of claims in response to internal and external sources of information.
* Reviewing and revising decisions made by self or others.
* Accurate and prompt assessments of claims for household goods, housing benefits, emergency payments and council tax reduction
