Cover Supervisor Position Available in Warwickshire
Twenty4Seven Education is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team in Warwickshire. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students when teachers are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes in various subjects and year groups in the absence of regular teachers, following pre-set lesson plans and providing support to students as needed.
* Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive and respectful learning environment conducive to student engagement and academic progress.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, distributing and collecting materials, and maintaining classroom order and cleanliness.
* Liaise with teaching staff and school leaders to provide feedback on student behavior, progress, and any issues arising during lessons.
* Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during lessons, following school protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred but not required).
* Willingness to undergo relevant training as required.
