Working hours/days: Monday to Friday 8.50am-5pmHR GO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of our retail clients based in Leeds (LS16) as a Customer Service Advisor.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and some experience in a similar role.

You will be responsible for processing customer orders via telephone, email and social media platforms.

General Duties of Customer Service Advisor:

Taking inbound calls and processing orders
Processing payments
Providing updates regarding deliveries and orders placed
Advising customers of recent new products and promotions
Basic administration duties such as inputting customers details onto the databaseGeneral Requirements of Customer Service Advisor:

Experience working in a similar role.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Punctual and self-motivated.
