Empowered Personnel is seeking an experienced Baker for one of their clients located in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled baker looking to join a growing team and grow within a dynamic environment.
Position: Baker
Location: Rugby
Employment Type: 12 week temp to perm
Job Details:
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 00:30
• Salary: £12.40 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Baking a variety of bread and confectionery items
• Utilizing 6 and 2 pocket moulds
• Hand moulding dough
• Using gas ovens for proofing bread dough
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a baker (overseas experience is welcomed)
• Expertise in using 6 and 2 pocket moulds
• Proficient in hand moulding techniques
• Familiarity with gas ovens for proofing bread dough
