Litigation Attorney - Bodily Injury

The Orlando office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 5+ years of litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Bodily injury experience is required. Trial experience is highly desired.
Your Day-to-Day:
Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, and prepare reports for clients
Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements.
Assist with trial preparation and attend trial.
Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Requirements
Previous experience in Insurance Defense litigation is required.
Personal injury and bodily injury claims experience is required
Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required
