Estate Manager
Reserve Forces and Cadets Association are looking for an Estate Manager who will based in York.
The position involves regular travel around the regional estate (an RFCA vehicle will be provided for this purpose) so you must have a full UK driving licence.
One of your main duties will be assuring the estate and managing stakeholder relationships to support the assurance and delivery of services to the Volunteer Estate for assets within their area of responsibility.
You will be overseeing and supporting the management and assurance of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services for users of the Volunteer Estate
You should hold, or be willing to work towards, full level membership of a relevant professional body (CIWFM, MCIOB, MRICS or CEng) or have equivalent relevant experience and will be subject to a Security Clearance check and DBS check.

The successful applicant will be eligible to join the Council of RFCA’s Pension Scheme. This is a Career Average Revalued Earnings (CARE) Scheme.
